Named after the famous general, Tiburcio De Leon who freed the people of this barangay from the Spaniards. They celebrate their fiestas in three occasions, May 20 which is Santacruzan, September 14 celebrating Banal na Krus (Holy Cross) and October 30 during Thanksgiving. Famous delicacies include kakanin and suman. Around 95,000 residents live in this barangay.
